Kasi Ross

Kasi Ross II is a multifaceted entrepreneur, investor, and strategic consultant based in Wichita, Kansas, recognized for his innovative approach to community-centered business development and social enterprise. A proud Kansas native, Kasi was named a NextGen Under 30 honoree in 2024, an accolade that celebrates young leaders shaping the future of the state through excellence in entrepreneurship and community impact.

Kasi is the founder and CEO of Wiz Kid Consulting, a cutting-edge firm that specializes in business acquisition strategy, small business development, and entrepreneurial coaching. The firm is best known for helping aspiring business owners—particularly those transitioning from traditional employment—acquire and grow existing businesses, often from retiring baby boomers lacking succession plans. By blending financial analysis, operational insight, and community impact metrics, Wiz Kid Consulting positions its clients for sustainable ownership and long-term success. The firm is also developing proprietary software that uses both quantitative and qualitative data to identify viable acquisition targets across the U.S., with plans to scale into a white-label platform for consulting firms and institutional investors.

Kasi also serves as the CEO of Brand New Day, an organization providing essential attendant care services for youth in the foster care system. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded to multiple locations, supporting dozens of young people while employing a team of dedicated caregivers. His operational model combines compassionate service delivery with sustainable business practices, making Brand New Day a trusted provider across Kansas.

His third major venture, Haven, is a luxury lounge and cultural hub designed to offer Wichita’s young professionals an elevated experience rooted in R&B, jazz, and curated networking events. Beyond business, Kasi is a committed mentor, foster parent, and community advocate. He is the founder of Eyes on the Prize, a nonprofit initiative aimed at mentoring boys aged 12–18 by helping them discover their purpose, deepen their faith, and build the life skills necessary for leadership and legacy. He also remains active in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., where he is working to revitalize alumni engagement and community service through the Wichita chapter.
