Kathy I Andersen
Kathy Andersen is Director of Innovation at the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED). She leads LPED’s tech-based and entrepreneur-led economic development strategy, leveraging initiatives and partnerships to achieve more successful startups and scaleups in Lincoln, NE.
Kathy oversees the LaunchLNK Grant, $125,000 in non-dilutive capital awarded to high-growth startups each year. She also serves on the board of NMotion (powered by gener8tor), a leading startup accelerator founded in 2013.
Previously she was on the leadership team of the Business Operations Division at Hudl, consulted with multinational corporations on product development and organizational management, served as Managing Director of a microfinance nonprofit, and served on the Budget Committee of Grinnell College in Iowa (with an endowment valued at $2.5 billion).
