She is the founder and managing director of NurseCare Professional Nursing Recruitment and Placement Agency, an AHASA and APSO-accredited agency that provides high-quality staffing solutions and corporate wellness services across South Africa.

With a BCom degree in Marketing and Business Management, Manini blends strategic insight with operational excellence. Her career spans roles as a Recruitment Consultant, Payroll Administrator and Ward Administrator, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both clinical and administrative functions within the healthcare sector. Currently pursuing certification as a Payroll Specialist and Advisor, she remains committed to continuous growth and compliance excellence.
