Kebba Sillah

KeKebba Sillah is an International Master Trainer (IMT) by the United Nations Conference, Trade and Development (UNCTAD) with the support of the UNDP Empretec project and the Founder/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sterling Technical Training Centre, Sterling Engineering and Sterling Consortium.  He has worked with well-renowned companies such as the International Trade Centre, GIZ, IOM, Child Fund, UNDP, and different Government departments in Gambia in delivery training and consultancy to bring a strategic focus that leads to growth.  He participated in training over 5000 local entrepreneurs including women, youth, and farmers. He has developed a passion for consulting and business training and development to make a difference in MSMEs, corporate organizations, and individuals as well.   

He has a Business and Information Technology background, with a BSc. in Computing from the University of East London and an MBA in Business and Finance from the prestigious Cardiff Metropolitan University (CMU). Kebba's motive is to bring Change to your organization and the lives of many Gambians at large.

Through Sterling Technical Institute, Mr. Sillah has provided transformative opportunities for Gambian youth by equipping them with practical skills in various trades and entrepreneurship. Under his leadership, hundreds of young men and women have been trained in critical fields, enabling them to gain meaningful employment or start their own businesses. His graduates are now self-reliant, contributing to the well-being of their families and playing a vital role in the country’s socio-economic development.

Mr. Sillah’s work embodies the spirit of innovation and dedication. By integrating entrepreneurship training into technical education, he has fostered a generation of young people who are not just skilled but also resilient and business-minded. His efforts align with the national and global job creation, poverty reduction, and sustainable development agenda.
