s the founder of We Earth Projects, I apply my computer science and data science skills to create community-based solutions for various forms of development. I developed the Social Development Impact Index, which measures and rewards the progress of a community based on their participation and service delivery. This index is aligned with the IRIS standards, which are based on international labour and human rights instruments, and has been validated through extensive multi-stakeholder consultation.

My passion for community transformation stems from my starting businesses while studying and working with local community members in townships as service providers to 2 of my businesses out of 4. 1 of those businesses generated a minimum of R20 000 monthly from working with local people in the townships, while I was making a profit of R35 000 monthly from all the businesses. this encouraged me to drop out of university in 2017, after studying computer science for 2 years and previously Mechatronic engineering for 2 Years. I decided to invest my time, knowledge, and skills from both engineering and computer science into creating investment platforms and solutions that can improve the lives of people in townships and disadvantaged communities. I also founded Coz of Youth, a social enterprise that empowers young people to become agents of change in their communities. In addition, I run Ramking Clothing which was a male formal wear tailoring company but is now, a clothing brand that promotes social and environmental awareness. I am currently enrolled in the African Leadership Institute for Community Transformation, a leadership program that aims to equip me with the skills and knowledge to scale up my impact.
