Keutlwile Leso

Keutlwile is the Founder of aiKeu which focuses on AI and Digital Transformation & Innovation. His 22 years projects and training experiences spans across USA, Spain, Turkey, Dubai (UAE), India, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mauritius and Nigeria. He honed his Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation skills and industry expertise in Travel & Transportation, Energy & Utilities, Smart City, Telco, Government, and Financial Services. He is the Leader of Emerging Technologies on the Digital Economy Working Group under the BRICS Business Council (SA Chapter). 

He was an Executive Partner at Huawei, leading the Aviation Digital Transformation Practice and Strategic Accounts engagements and he previously spent 5 years at IBM where he attained the Open Group Master Architect, IBM Enterprise Architecture Expert and IBM Cloud Solution Advisor certifications. He was invited to mentor and coach various Startups at the IBM Research Lab in Johannesburg. He was the only Architect from IBM Middle-East & Africa to sit on the IBM Global Government Architect Advisory Committee in New York (US). He was also an IBM Global Advisory Committee Member of Energy & Utilities in Paris (France) and the Global Solutions in Texas (USA), which was tasked to provision solutioning advisory services for IBM strategic projects in over 100 countries. 

Keutlwile won (received TOP honours) for a Client Engagement Experience Challenge given to IBM Architects from more than 80 countries at the IBM Architects Workshop in Paris, France in 2015 and he was acknowledged by the Vice President of IBM Global Technical Sales for co-authoring the Enterprise Architecture Government White Paper. He was also invited at the IBM Headquarters in New York to present on C-Suite (C-level Executive) Engagement. In 2019, during his training in Madrid (Spain), he received an invitation to join the IBM Data Science Elite Team based in Texas (USA).

He was a Council Member of Free Software and Open Source Foundation for Africa (FOSSFA) and previously served on the Open Source Advisory Committee of the Department of Public Service & Administration (DPSA) under the leadership of Minister Lindiwe Sisulu. He was acknowledged for contributing to the development of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cloud Computing Technology Roadmap for the United States Government and he is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute for IT in the UK. He ran his own boutique consultancy for almost 5 years before joining IBM, where he architected and led the
