Kristin Fuller is honored to serve on the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) Host Committee—a role that reflects her deep commitment to building entrepreneurial ecosystems and elevating student-led innovation. As Chief of Staff at the STARTedUP Foundation, she channels that commitment every day into transforming education systems and empowering the next generation of problem-solvers.

Kristin believes that every child is born with innate creative genius. Too often, traditional structures chip away at that potential. That’s the vision driving her work at the STARTedUP Foundation, where she leads alongside a dynamic team to reimagine high schools as Hubs of Innovation—places where students discover their purpose, build real-world skills, and even launch their own businesses.

As Chief of Staff, Kristin has played a pivotal role in scaling STARTedUP from serving 100 students in its first year to over 18,000 students annually. Her work focuses on building systems that enable growth, equity, and real-world impact at scale.

A Personal Mission to Regenerate
Outside of work, you’ll find Kristin rewilding her yard with native plants, dreaming about restoring ecosystems, and digging into the latest reads on regenerative agriculture and biomimicry. She and her husband are raising three curious kids—often exploring hiking trails together and gardening.
