He is certified by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a provider of domestic violence
batterer intervention. Additionally, Dr. Gray serves as an adjunct professor for the Doctor of Ministry and Black Church Studies programs at the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Dr. Gray also co-founded Creative Spirits Ministries, the preaching and teaching ministry led by Kilen and
wife Cassandra Gray. Currently, he serves as the Associate Pastor of Congregational Care for Bates Memorial Baptist Church in Louisville, KY and he
is the Interim Pastor of Lampton Baptist Church in Louisville, KY.
