Hi, I’m Kimberly Capizzi, a dedicated mortgage advisor and business owner who’s passionate about making a genuine impact in people’s lives through responsible homeownership. My journey into real estate started young—I bought my first home at just 20 years old. While it was an exciting step, it came with challenges, and I quickly realized how crucial it is to have guidance you can trust. That experience inspired me to dive deep into mortgage lending, real estate financing, and investing, determined to give others the support I wish I’d had.

Now, with over 20 years in the industry, I specialize in a wide range of loan solutions, from Conventional and FHA to VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans. My goal is to bring options to clients that aren’t always visible in traditional lending spaces. Through my company, Corinne Luxe Enterprises, Inc., I’m honored to empower clients of all backgrounds—from first-time buyers and single moms to high-net-worth investors—by providing clear, honest advice and customized solutions.

My family is the heart of everything I do. As the proud mom of my miracle baby girl, Corinne Capri Capizzi, and one of five siblings, I know the importance of building a secure foundation for loved ones. My family has blessed me with 16 amazing nieces and nephews, and I’m deeply committed to the values of love, support, and legacy that we share. This personal commitment extends into my work with clients, where I strive to help families not just buy a home, but build generational wealth.

I’m driven by the opportunity to create lasting, positive change. I engage deeply with each client, treating their dreams as if they were my own, because I believe homeownership isn’t just about having a place to live—it’s about creating stability, security, and a brighter future for generations to come. To further this mission, I recently founded the A.L.L.A.N. Foundation in honor of my brother. Through this nonprofit, I’m focused on fostering leadership, resilience, and wellness in communities that need it most.
