<p>Kumar Parakala is an accomplished global business leader and technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building high-growth businesses across the technology and consulting industries.</p>

<p>Currently serving as the President of GHD Digital, Kumar drives sustainable growth and transformation outcomes for some of the world’s largest companies in areas such as infrastructure, climate change and ESG. He has turned GHD Digital into one of the fastest-growing digital businesses of its kind, combining the capabilities of engineering services with a creative agency, business consultancy and technology company.</p>

<p>Kumar is committed to cultivating and championing new opportunities by executing on big and bold strategies, stretching the thinking of boards and executive teams, and building diverse, world-class teams that deliver real business results.</p>

<p>Before joining GHD, Kumar founded Technova, a digital advisory agency that was acquired by GHD in 2017. Kumar's experience also includes holding global leadership and managing partner roles at KPMG between 2000-15, and working closely with boards and CEOs on digital and business strategies, cybersecurity, governance, and risk management.</p>

<p>Kumar is a co-author of the USA Today best seller, ‘Luminary Leadership’. In addition, Kumar is a regular contributor to the Forbes Business Council. The Wall Street Journal, AFR, Financial Times, ABC, CNBC, and Sky News have featured his thought leadership. Kumar's achievements have been recognised with the 2016 Digital Disruptor's International Professional of the Year Award, ACS Hall of Fame induction in 2011 and the Queensland Government Excellence Award in 2000.</p>
