Kyla Frye

Kyla Frye serves as Director of Science + Technology Ecosystems for Concept Companies, a top developer for innovation ecosystems and life science facilities. Her role includes directing Momentum Labs, a nationwide network of biotech hubs, purpose-built for growing life sciences companies. She’s a champion for entrepreneurship and works closely with industry partners to enhance the entrepreneur ecosystem.

Kyla has been in the entrepreneur support industry for over a decade, previously serving as Executive Director of a regional innovation hub in Texas. She led and managed the growth of the incubation program as well as, co-founded and launched an accelerator program and coworking space. Kyla is also the CEO of her own coaching and consulting business with a focus on establishing and growing innovation hubs, female entrepreneurship, and startup founder success. She's passionate about entrepreneurship support and ecosystem building and is a sought-after speaker for industry events and conferences.

She is a graduate of West Texas A&M University earning a B.S. in Mass Communications and her M.B.A. Kyla is an ACC Certified Coach through ICF, GrowthWheel certified trainer, Wendy Kennedy certified coach, a certified InBIA Incubator Manager, as well as, a licensed Coaching Clinic facilitator.

Kyla serves on the Morrow Hubs advisory board (formerly GAN), is a mentor for the University of Florida Innovation Hub, Alachua Chamber Board Member, Gainesville Chamber Economic Development Committee Member, former InBIA Board Member, former SXSW Pitch Advisory Board member, and former ICBI Co-Chair. She's currently a Morrow Hubs Member, InBIA Member, FBIA Member, Alachua Chamber Member, and Committee Member for BioFlorida.

Kyla was named a Top 20 under 40 recipient by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and received a Women of Leadership Award from the Amarillo Business Women.
