Laura was the General Coordinator for the Project “Promotion of the Creative and Cultural economy in Paraguay”, IDB Lab & CIRD Foundation, from 2017 to Nov/2020. She has 20 years of work experience in management and coordination of development programs and projects with international organizations (IDB, WB, UNDP, NZAID, GIZ, IT).
Born in Argentina. She has been travelling widely and worked in Argentina, Honduras, El Salvador, EEUU, Paraguay. Now she is living in Barbados with her husband and two children.
She holds a degree in Administration (Universidad de Buenos Aires. UBA, Argentina) and a Master's degree in Governance and Human Development (Univerisdad Oberta de Catalunya .UOC, Spain). She also holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (UNED. Spain) and Strategic Marketing. In addition, she has taken several courses; Creative Lab (IAE, Argentina), The Value of Creativity and Innovation: The Orange Economy (EDX – IDB), and others since for her, life is a continuous learning process.
