With over two decades of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and programme delivery across multiple industries, she brings a proven ability to drive complex programmes, strengthen organisational resilience, and deliver measurable business value at scale.

She has operated at the highest levels of corporate governance, serving on Executive Committees, reporting to Governance and Policy Committees, and presenting to Audit & Risk, and Technology Risk Committees. Her leadership experience spans strategic oversight, operational transformation, and digital innovation, ensuring programmes (including technology related) are not only executed efficiently but aligned to business strategy, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

As Head of Consulting at the South African practice of the sixth largest audit firm in the world, she oversaw five strategic business units: Digital & Technology, Governance Risk & Compliance, Corporate Finance, Accounting & Finance Outsourcing, and Management Consulting. In this role, she was accountable for strategic execution, client relationship management, operational efficiency, and business development. Earlier in her career, she worked at top-tier audit firms including Arthur Andersen, EY, and KPMG.

Her entrepreneurial journey has seen her creating and running an acclaimed restaurant that served as a platform for showcasing South African arts talent.

She was the ABSA small business ambassador in 2004.
