Lethukuthula Nsibande

Lethukuthula Nsibande is a dynamic young leader and strategist with a proven track record in governance, youth economic empowerment, and enterprise development. With a foundation built on servant leadership, he served as an elected member of the Student Representative Council at the University of the Free State (SRC – UFS), where he championed student voice, institutional accountability, and stakeholder engagement. His tenure in student leadership was defined by initiative, collaboration across portfolios, and a commitment to inclusive representation.

As a founding member of the South African Youth Business Chamber, Lethu helped shape a national platform dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs, promoting free-market participation, and expanding economic opportunity for youth across South Africa and the broader continent. The Chamber engages thousands of young business leaders through policy advocacy, mentorship networks, and capacity-building initiatives that connect emerging entrepreneurs to markets, capital, and strategic partnerships — positioning youth at the forefront of economic transformation.

In addition to his leadership roles, Lethu’s experience spans data analysis, enterprise development strategy, and stakeholder facilitation — skills he has leveraged to drive practical solutions to complex challenges.

He is passionate about youth participation in economic systems, scaling entrepreneurial ecosystems that create sustainable jobs, and fostering environments where innovation and leadership are not only encouraged but operationalised.
