Lloyd Mwashita is a trailblazing entrepreneur whose journey began with a BCom in Entrepreneurship, majoring in International Banking from UNISA. Despite his academic path, Lloyd's unwavering self-belief led him to choose the less-travelled route, embracing entrepreneurship during his final year. Drawing on his exceptional skill in selling solutions rather than just products, he played a pivotal role in establishing PlaymoregolfSA, a subsidiary of Morecorp Group, and served as the SMART Tech Africa Channel Account Manager at Vastratech.
Fuelled by an unyielding passion for leveraging technology to drive Africa's development, Lloyd envisions a continent without borders. He advocates for financial inclusion, women and youth empowerment, job creation, and transparency in remittance systems. With a penchant for inspiring others, he aspires to be a motivational speaker, while also co-founding three tech start-ups that focus on FinTech, Crypto/Digital Assets Service Providing Platform, and AgriTech Super App. Lloyd's relentless pursuit of "Must Haves" in the entrepreneurial landscape earned him the prestigious title of Crystal Boardroom Battle third Edition Winner (Must-Have Techpreneur).

Driven by purpose and a genuine commitment to empowering real people and fostering Africa's growth, he stands at the forefront of the continent's entrepreneurial revolution. He is an active UN-Pan Partner under the UN-DESA along with being involved actively with the Internet Governance Forum (IGF).
