LOGUNLEKO LUKMAN OLAJUWON
Founder, Global CEO & Humanitarian Leader
PrimeLocation Care Givers Foundation
Biography
Logunleko Lukman Olajuwon is a Nigerian humanitarian, social entrepreneur, healthcare advocate, community development leader, entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of PrimeLocation Care Givers Foundation (PCGF), a Nigerian-founded global humanitarian and development organization committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people and communities.
Through his leadership, vision, and commitment to service, Logunleko has developed a broad portfolio of initiatives focused on healthcare, child welfare, education, humanitarian assistance, community development, entrepreneurship, skills acquisition, elderly care, caregiver development, social protection, and sustainable development.
His work is driven by a fundamental belief that every human being deserves access to dignity, opportunity, healthcare, education, protection, and the possibility of building a better future. Rather than viewing humanitarian development as a short-term intervention, he believes that sustainable change requires long-term investment in people, institutions, communities, and systems.
As Founder and Global CEO of PrimeLocation Care Givers Foundation, Logunleko has worked to develop an organization with an international outlook while maintaining strong roots in Nigeria. His vision extends beyond charitable assistance toward the creation of practical institutions, programmes, partnerships, healthcare services, educational opportunities, entrepreneurship platforms, and community-based solutions capable of creating lasting social impact.
His leadership journey reflects a combination of entrepreneurship, healthcare interests, community service, organizational development, advocacy, and a strong desire to build institutions that can operate across borders.

Early Life and Foundations of His Vision
Logunleko Lukman Olajuwon's journey has been shaped by a longstanding interest in people, enterprise, healthcare, community development, and social responsibility.
Growing up and developing his professional identity in Nigeria, he came to understand the realities faced by many individuals and families who experience barriers to healthcare, education, employment, economic opportunity, and social protection.
These experiences contributed to a broader philosophy that has influenced his work: meaningful development cannot be achieved by focusing on one issue in isolation.
A child who lacks education may also face poverty. A family without adequate healthcare may experience economic hardship. A young person without employable skills may struggle to find sustainable employment. An elderly person without adequate care may experience isolation and vulnerability. A community without adequate infrastructure may face challenges that affect education, healthcare, sanitation, and economic development simultaneously.
For Logunleko, these interconnected challenges require interconnected solutions.
This philosophy became one of the foundations of his approach to humanitarian and community development work.
Rather than concentrating solely on emergency assistance, his vision encompasses prevention, empowerment, capacity building, healthcare delivery, education, entrepreneurship, social enterprise, institutional development, and community participation.
---
Educational Journey
Education has played an important role in Logunleko's professional and personal development.
His educational journey includes studies at Ikorodu Grammar School, where he attended from 1986 to 1992, followed by studies at Olabisi Onabanjo University from 1995 to 2002.
He later studied at the University of the West of England, Bristol, in the United Kingdom, during 2002–2003.
His exposure to both Nigerian and international educational environments contributed to his understanding of different approaches to professional development, organizational management, healthcare, enterprise, and community development.
His educational experiences also strengthened his interest in connecting local initiatives with international opportunities.
For Logunleko, education is not simply about academic qualifications. He regards education as a tool for empowerment and social transformation.
This philosophy is reflected in the educational programmes associated with PrimeLocation Care Givers Foundation, including skills acquisition, entrepreneurship development, scholarships, caregiver training, youth development, professional development, and community education.
---
Professional Experience
Logunleko's professional journey has included experience in healthcare assistance, entrepreneurship, business development, organizational leadership, and community-oriented initiatives.
During the period from 2002 to 2007, he worked with Bizarre Group UK Health Care Assistance.
His experience in the healthcare assistance environment contributed to his understanding of care services and the importance of suppor
