Leadership & Organizational Acumen: Founder/Co-founder: I am the co-founder of SA Business Hub (SABH), a social entrepreneurial organization dedicated to stimulating entrepreneurship and economic growth Founded Hope Initiative in 2021 to raise funds for my initiatives .Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development: I have been actively researching and implementing entrepreneurial solutions in the Saldanha Bay Municipal Area (SBMA) since 2016, investing over R4 million in a pilot program that began in June 2020 . My intention is to expand this model to the other 204 municipalities in South Africa. Digital Incubator & Local Hubs: I am implementing a multi-tiered Digital Incubator and virtual entrepreneurial ecosystem aimed at capacitating youth for self-employment and supporting small businesses. This initiative includes: A soft launch on July 1, 2025, utilizing a Chrome App working on LinkedIn data. This initial phase has onboarded 100 identified members with over 500,000 LinkedIn connections collectively, establishing a strong foundational network. I am a calling for youth to be trained as Digital Practitioners, directly addressing youth unemployment and educational gaps prevalent in South Africa. I developed a 6-week training in business startup skills, which will also function as a selection process to identify suitable candidates for training as Digital Practitioners. This curriculum aims to prepare youth with entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving abilities for the future economy. My AI Twin is crucial in helping in delivering development and support services directly within communities, aligning with the concept of Local Business Development Centres (BDCs].Authored Works: I am the author of "Realising a Triumphant Life by Mastering the triangle of success," which converted my 6-module course into a book. I also intend writing a five-book series titled "A quinological journey to a Triumphant Life". Unique Approaches & Philosophies: Purpose-Driven Vision (Ikigai): A core aspect of my leadership is fostering a sense of purpose, or "Ikigai" ('a reason for being'), among participants. This involves guiding individuals to identify their passions, strengths, values, and how they can contribute to the world, addressing the prevalent issue of a lack of clear purpose linked to poorer psychological well-being . I will measure changes in participants' "purpose in life" using tools like the English-translated Ikigai-9 scale, assessing positive emotions, future attitudes, and meaning. I will also track well-being and mental health outcomes (e.g., depression, anxiety), as Ikigai has been linked to these. Ecosystem Mindset: I emphasize cultivating an "Ecosystem Mindset," promoting a fundamental shift from individualistic gain to building value collectively and fostering shared rewards and ownership. This approach counters the fragmentation often seen in entrepreneurial ecosystems.
