Lutic Molo Mosoane ACMA, CGMA
Lutic Mosoane is an award-winning entrepreneur, finance executive, and community builder whose work bridges innovation, purpose, and impact. He is the Founder and President of Winsome Africa (Pty) Ltd, an accounting and consulting firm committed to helping organizations automate their financial processes, enhance compliance, and make informed, forward-looking decisions.
Under his leadership, Winsome Africa has become a trusted strategic partner to both private and public entities, known for transforming financial systems and driving accountability. His firm’s flagship innovation, the WinsomeView CFO Dashboard, recently earned him the SMEgo Pitchathon 2025 Award, recognising his groundbreaking contribution to SME digital enablement and financial visibility.
Lutic is also the Founder and Director of two non-profit organisations; Generational Changers NPC and Nape Tribal Development NPC, both dedicated to youth empowerment, rural development, and social transformation in South Africa.
A Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and Business Accountant in Practice (SA), he has led major financial turnarounds in state-owned entities, securing improved audit outcomes and driving fiscal sustainability.
Rooted in faith and guided by the philosophy of Ubuntu, Lutic believes leadership is not about status, but about service; to people, to purpose, and to God. His life’s mission is to dismantle structural barriers, inspire hope, and raise a generation of value-driven leaders who lead with both excellence and character.
