Ana Marcela Sosa

Ana Marcela Sosa Aramburo holds an MBA in Senior Management and Industrial and Systems Engineering from CETYS University and is pursuing a second MBA in Entrepreneurship. She is the Coordinator of the High-Impact Business Incubator and a professor at the School of Administration and Business at CETYS University Tijuana Campus. She has collaborated on entrepreneurship studies and initiatives, in addition to mentoring MSMEs and civil associations. She has worked in sectors such as agribusiness, commerce, and manufacturing. Since 2015, she has started a furniture manufacturing and export business. She is a founding member of a furniture association.

She was a public servant at the Secretariat of Sustainable Economy and Tourism and at the Secretariat of Economy and Innovation of Baja California. 2017-2024 She served as a Board Member of CANACINTRA Tijuana (Industrial chamber), where she promoted the Employment Route for the labor integration of refugees in collaboration with UNHCR. Currently, she collaborates with UNHCR and CETYS on entrepreneurship and support programs for asylum seekers and refugees.
