A seasoned professional with a distinguished track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the corporate and educational sectors. I have led high-impact initiatives across Procurement and Human Resources, delivering tangible results in the Engineering, Electronics, Construction, and Retail industries. I have led Human Resources at the strategic and operational level on large-scale infrastructure projects, including the Karachi–Thatta Dual Carriageway (KTDC), where I worked with construction industry leaders such as FWO. I have also held senior HR leadership roles overseeing operations for JafferJees across Pakistan and the UAE, managing the human capital function for one of the region's prominent retail organizations.

Beyond the corporate sphere, my professional portfolio is deeply rooted in academia, where I have focused on bridging the gap between education and industry. My work spans Industry Liaison, business incubation, placement operations, and journal management. I have supervised numerous undergraduate students and, as a corporate trainer, have mentored students and professionals alike. My research contributions include reviewing scientific articles for several international journals, such as the Asian Journal of Economics, Business and Accounting and the Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies, including those indexed in Clarivate (Web of Science). I have also authored or contributed to over 20 HEC-recognized publications and book chapters.

In my capacity as an Industry Liaison Specialist, I have established strategic partnerships with firms across Public Relations, Textile, FMCG, Tech, Financial, and Pharmaceutical sectors. These collaborations have been instrumental in driving academia-industry integration, with a direct impact on research initiatives, knowledge sharing, and marketing efforts. Over the years, I have served on both Core Organizing and Sub committees for numerous International Conferences and Symposia, and have been an invited speaker at various forums on the ethical use of AI in research and the workplace.

I hold International Affiliate Membership with the American Psychological Association (APA) and am an active member of Sub Division 06 within APA's Society for Behavioral Neuroscience and Comparative Psychology.
