Mandisa Makubalo
A thought leader, strategist at heart, multi-disciplinary global thought leader and CEO of The Unlimited Experiences SA Group Consulting Firm, focusing on sustainable customer experience management consulting solutions, Trucking, and Entrepreneur development Transport. I recently founded the South African Black Women Think Tank (SABWTT) a for profit organisations that provides a platform where the minds of township based black women Youth, Women and Professionals can meet to serve as powerhouses of knowledge and expertise across South Africa to address the socio-economic challenges facing our townships.
With over 20 years of corporate experience both locally and internationally I held various portfolios within several organisations , with my last role in corporate as a Head of Services for a consulting business in the waste tyre management sector. Within my portfolio, I also serve in various Boards both locally and internationally.
Some of my successes and achievements includes being recently awarded the LinkedIn Top Voice in Customer Experience and 4x Global Top 50 Multidisciplinary Thought Leader. These were achieved through advocacy in customer experience management, thought leadership and empowering other aspiring professionals. Through my work in SABWTT, I have launched the Top 50 Township Black Women in South Africa (with all 11 provinces participating), Township Black Women Entrepreneur Awards, mentored and coached more than 500 Black Women Entrepreneurs across a number of sectors.
