401 operates from a Coworking hub in Brickell, Miami, serving as a bridge between ecosystems and reinvesting to support long-term regional development across Latin America. Through 401, Mati actively supports founders, funds, and institutions navigating U.S. market entry, scaling, and strategic positioning.

Over the past decade, Mati has helped 300+ startups internationalize via Miami, supporting market entry, partnerships, fundraising strategy, and ecosystem access. He has led and structured strategic alliances with organizations such as AWS, Cooley, MoFo, Deel, Wilson Sonsini, Zendesk, Delta & LATAM Airlines, Marriott, and Deel, and collaborated with Microsoft, IDB, ProChile & CORFO, ProColombia, Uruguay XXI, among others.

Mati is a limited partner ("LP") or investor in pre-seed and seed LatAm funds such as IV fund of 500 Global, Pygma II, B2B SaaS Fintech focused, and LAN Accelerator, Impacta VC, Norte Ventures, and an angel investor at Hashi, Wallavi, SkyBlue, BullGround, and Batech.

He actively advises startups and accelerators including START Global (Switzerland), Start-Up Chile., and Swiss EP, with prior mentorship roles across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
