Mattia Corbetta, born in Venice in 1984, follows the policy on innovative start-ups, innovative SMEs and all the other measures related to the promotion of technological innovation in the Italian production in the Directorate for Industrial Policy, Competitiveness and SMEs of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. Graduated in Political Science, at International Relations at LUISS Guido Carli University (Rome), he holds a master's degree in Corporate Internationalization in the Mediterranean Area at the University for Foreigners of Perugia and took, later, a master's degree in contemporary history at the Alma Mater of Bologna. He worked for the Italian Chambers of Commerce in Switzerland (Geneva) and Morocco (Casablanca), the Italian Embassy in Syria and the United Nations Volunteers Programme (Bonn, Germany).
