Mr Efti conducted training in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.

He is an IFC and LPI certified trainer in Bangladesh. He got certification from the IFC in the USA and the Learning Performance Institute (LPI) in the UK. He was trained by a global Master Coach, author, and trainer from the Top University of UK. He has also completed Facilitation and Training Skills from renowned trainers and Institute of Bangladesh and Abroad. He completed his post-graduation Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing. He also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Soft Skills Development (PGDSSD) from the UK. Now he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Putra Business School in Malaysia. The research topic is "Impact of Corporate Training."

Mr Yousuf Efti, having solid 15 years of working experience in sales at Opsonin Pharma Ltd, And a total of 20 years, worked with the country's well-reputed conglomerate in Sales, Marketing, Training & Development area and worked directly in all the processes like TNA, Gap Analysis, Change Management, Content & Module Development, conducting sessions, evaluation, PMS, KPI setting & general sales issues.

Mr Efti is leading four different organizations named Fast Aid Hospital, Medicine Park, Food Park Restaurant & Catering, and Future Icon by designing and developing all strategic models and monitoring entire functional activities. Introduced and penetrated with new products in the market, set different business plans, branding tools & techniques, and executed them successfully in different businesses by giving proper guidelines to the team.
