Mr. Mehdi ALJ has 24 years of experience as a manager in the areas of Optimization, Strategic Restructuring and Performance Management.
After training in accounting and business school at ICS Bégué Paris, Mehdi joined the audit and consulting professions within major Parisian firms, notably KMPG, then joined the Veolia Environnement group as a consultant. financial studies director in charge of French and foreign subsidiaries within the works and water network division,
Mehdi moved to Morocco in 2010 and served as director of the asset support functions of investment funds before being called by the Dar El Fellous group (Avicultural Hatchery, Livestock Breeding and Livestock Feed Production Unit ) to begin its internal restructuring, then develop its growth in particular through the design and launch of the poultry slaughtering and processing activity, known under the brand “AL Hor”, 1st labeled Free-Range Chicken in Africa,
In 2018, Mehdi joined ALPHA 55 to instill his strategic vision of development of the 1st Moroccan Store Department, to promote a brand and a network brand; It ensures its reorientation, its internal restructuring and its development, notably through a new generation of Store Department through the opening of a point of sale at Anfaplace Shopping Mall.
In 2020, Mehdi founded the firm Innolia, specializing in Performance Optimization and Development where he supports several structures in defining their overall strategy and improving their systems, restructuring or transformation.
Mehdi also supports young project leaders through startup incubation programs.

Mehdi is married and father of two children.
