Michael’s passion for personal development and coaching began after a lifelong realization when he was 19-years old. He lived in poverty with his hardworking mother and three brothers. Despite her best efforts, his mother struggled to make ends meet, working three jobs just to provide food, shelter, and clothing for the family. Michael was surrounded by poverty, and it was difficult for him to imagine anything else. Leading his to ask the question, “Why is it that some people do so well in life, while others do not?” This question form the themes of vibrancy, connection and meaning that weave throughout his work and practice.

For the next decade, Michael researched the daily habits of some of the wealthiest people on earth, learning everything he could and applying it to his life and endeavors. He discovered that consistency was key, and the more he applied what he learned, the more successful he became.
