With an extensive career that spans senior leadership roles, Michael has built a reputation as a dynamic, forward-thinking leader. His expertise encompasses sales, marketing, strategic planning, and business development across diverse industries. Michael’s previous roles include President and CEO of Dynamat, Inc., and Vice President positions in the collision repair, medical waste management, education, and technology industries. His passion for success, both in business and in life, is reflected in his hands-on approach and dedication to empowering teams to reach their full potential.

Raised in the automotive world as the son of a 30+ year General Motors worker, Michael’s passion for motorsports developed early, from attending spectator events to later racing in Moto-Cross and road course events. This lifelong connection to motorsports continues to fuel both his professional endeavors and personal interests.

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Michael has served on multiple boards, including Carmel Artomobilia, Westfield Youth Sports, and Indianapolis Cars & Coffee. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board for Purdue Global University. Recognized as a thought leader, Michael has received numerous accolades, including the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Innovation Award and the title of Indiana Innovator by the Indianapolis Star.
Michael holds an MBA from Anderson University and a B.S. in Communications from the University of Southern Indiana, where he also served as the commencement speaker for their graduation ceremony.
