Michelle is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa (BA.LLB), a social entrepreneur and the co founder of the Indiba – Africa Group, a business and human rights entered development consulting practice. She is a strategist, influencer and enabler offering clients from under trees to boardrooms innovative perspectives, insights and approaches for change and institutional transformation in Africa. Her personal and professional life has been anchored around values based leadership, an ethical, rights, responsibilities and social justice discourse.
She has substantive experience working with government, the private sector and civil society stakeholders on a wide range of cross cutting social and economic capacity building interventions, business and human rights integration, high impact skills development and technological advancement. Over the past 20 years she has led diverse teams and was accountable for multimillion rand development project portfolios supported by international donor and government investments, and continues to have a thriving client base in South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Rwanda, Mozambique and Zambia.
