Michelle Sartorio is a growth adviser with over 20 years of international experience in strategy, sustainability, strategic communications, marketing & innovation.

Through her career, she held leading positions and conducted projects for: KPMG, The World Economic Forum, HSBC Global Asset Management, Savills Investment Management, LGIM, Brookfield Asset Management, M&G, Portugal Telecom and Telecom Italia.

She’s offered counsel across a broad range of topics including corporate and product positioning, sustainability & impact strategy and strategic engagement, ESG reporting, value proposition, reputation management, start-up & scaling-up positioning strategy, lead generation, investor relations, public relations, partnerships and digital transformation.

An advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Social Impact, Michelle is passionate about rethinking businesses and crafting strategies to drive long-term sustainable value. She often contributes to thought papers and speaks in international
events.

Michelle completed the Prince of Wales's Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership, she holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, a BA (hons) in Communications, and an Investment Management Certification (IMC), by the CFA UK. She is Italian-Brazilian-English and lives in London with her husband and two children.
