Mickey Parker, CPA, is the CEO and Co-Owner of Accelefund, based in Lenexa, Kansas. He specializes in helping aspiring entrepreneurs use their retirement savings—such as 401(k) and IRA funds—to start or acquire businesses without paying taxes or penalties. Through the Rollover for Business Startups (ROBS) process, Mickey has helped individuals across the country turn their professional dreams into reality by providing accessible, debt-free funding options and strategic guidance.

Mickey’s professional background includes serving as Controller and CFO for several entrepreneurial ventures, where he gained firsthand experience in business growth, financial management, and operational decision-making. That foundation enables him to offer clients not only funding expertise but also practical insight into building and running successful businesses. Known for his integrity, depth of knowledge, and ability to simplify complex IRS and ERISA regulations, Mickey has become a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and advisors nationwide.

Deeply committed to Kansas’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, Mickey actively collaborates with key resource partners including SCORE, the Kansas SBDC, KCSourceLink, Junior Achievement, and SBA lenders. He serves as a mentor in the Growth Mentoring Service at the Enterprise Center of Johnson County (ECJC) and sponsors cornerstone events such as SCORE’s Access to Money, the Kansas SBDC Lending Summit, and the Kansas Economic Development Alliance (KEDA) annual conference.
