Mohamed Suhimi

Mohamed Suhimi is a global citizen and marketing executive. Born in Egypt, Mohamed has worked in Dubai in multiple roles with the French pharmaceutical company, Servier, and in the US where he consulted on projects in North and South America.

Mohamed’s educational background reflects his global mindset: a BSc in Pharmacy from Cairo University in Egypt, postgraduate education and training from IDPS in Paris, a Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School, and most recently, a Master’s in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

He began his career with pharma sales in Saudi Arabia and UAE, and was promoted to Senior Product Manager for 5 Gulf countries, leading a teams of 50 colleagues from 7 different nationalities, utilizing his fluency in 3 languages: Arabic, English and French. He has shaped the marketing and promotional strategy for both growing and mature pharmaceutical products, and led the global launch of a multibillion-dollar antidiabetic drug with two major global players, Servier, a leading French pharma company, and Mckinsey & Co, the world class consulting firm.

As a graduate student, Mohamed worked as Business Strategy & Operations Lead at InterimCMO, a marketing consulting firm providing strategic and marketing advice for fast-growing tech companies in Silicon Valley. He served as Global Marketing TA at Thunderbird, and expanded his global reach during his first consulting project in South America, advising Technoserve’s Santiago, Chile office on establishing a Knowledge Management System for their Global Entrepreneurship Initiatives.

Mohamed believes that his most valuable quality is his passion for communicating and interacting with people, and is at his best motivating a team to achieve a common goal, while leveraging their diversity and capitalizing on their talents.
