“WANDERLUST” and I like to travel. I have a "BA" Bachelor of Arts - English Language Skills, a postgraduate specialization in English Language Teaching Methodology and also completed the program, BRITE (Brazilians Innovating on the Teaching of English) – Improvement for English Teachers in the Public Teaching Network, promoted by the United States Embassy in Brazil in partnership with ABA - Brasil America Association. Through this, I come to showcase my knowledge and skills in management and planning for international development and national dimensions, political economy of development: Which includes development in practice, dissertation development and planning, and social policy and citizenship. I have 8 years of work experience and skills in national and international project program management, development, fundraising, delivery, monitoring and evaluation (m&e). My experience and needs of diverse groups of people including adults, women, youth, inactive, refugees, asylum
seekers and juvenile offenders. The experience also enhances my ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders, including aspects of the workforce. As a youth empowerment program experience in communities within rural sierra leone, I improved my knowledge and skills in youth empowerment, capacity and livelihoods and development, HIV/AIDS information, health and education in human rights, sexual and reproductive health, presentation on
project management and delivery. I also developed my communication, personal qualities, individual and team work skills in community, youth, women and outreach programs, management in & through organizing and facilitating activities, training, workshops for participants in rural communities.
