Muhammad Zohaib Nadiadwala

Muhammad Zohaib NadiadwalaFrom the bustling streets of Karachi to orchestrating over $1 billion in global startup-investor transactions, Muhammad Zohaib Nadiadwala’s journey is a riveting tale of grit, vision, and unstoppable ambition. Born on August 7, 1998, Zohaib faced life’s harshest trials early, losing his father at 12 and shouldering the responsibility of supporting his mother and two younger sisters. Guided by his grandmother’s powerful words—“Don’t just work hard; do smart work because you’re smart”—he transformed adversity into opportunity, rising as a trailblazing entrepreneur, a member of Pakistan’s National Youth Assembly, and a beacon of hope for underserved communities worldwide.

Education and Early Endeavors
Zohaib’s insatiable curiosity drove him to master diverse skills from a young age. During school vacations, he immersed himself in computer courses, worked at a tailor shop, and honed expertise in crafting mobile batteries at his cousin’s shop. These experiences instilled a robust work ethic and a passion for innovation. He later pursued computer science at Aptech, setting the stage for his tech-driven entrepreneurial ventures.

Entrepreneurial Journey
At 17, Zohaib began exploring trades like software engineering, tailoring, and electronics repair, connecting with grassroots communities to understand business dynamics. By 19, he launched a mobile accessories shop in Karachi, using it as a springboard to learn market trends. At 20, he entered the U.S. telecom industry, collaborating with giants like AT&T and Spectrum, and built a 32-member team in Pakistan to drive sales. This led to the creation of Leadoz, a U.S.-based startup that has become a leader in telecommunications and trading services. Zohaib is currently raising $300,000 to scale its operations. His prowess in investor relations is remarkable, having facilitated over $1 billion in transactions between startups and high-net-worth individuals, including Saudi Arabia’s wealthiest investors, Canadian billionaires, and Pakistani entrepreneurs. He also founded Verngo Global, a non-profit empowering underserved entrepreneurs with resources and mentorship to build global brands. Zohaib is planning two more non-profits, Vohras Empowerment Revolution and Vohras Ventures, to provide educational and economic opportunities for women and children and mentor young entrepreneurs. His partnership with High Speed Group has created jobs and driven social progress in Pakistan.National Youth Assembly Membership.

As a member of the National Youth Assembly of Pakistan, Zohaib champions youth empowerment and economic development, advocating for innovation and leadership to shape Pakistan’s future.

Philanthropy and Vision
Zohaib’s heart lies in uplifting marginalized communities. Through Verngo Global and his upcoming non-profits, he aims to provide education, economic opportunities, and mentorship, transforming Pakistan’s untapped potential into world-class brands. His vision is a sustainable global economy where entrepreneurs are “givers, not receivers.

Personal Philosophy and Legacy
The loss of his grandmother, whose dream of performing Umrah inspired Zohaib to fulfill it for his mother, deepened his sense of duty. His story is one of resilience and innovation, with his $1 billion transaction milestone and National Youth Assembly role underscoring his influence as a transformative leader.Current Endeavors
As of August 1, 2025, Zohaib, at 27, leads Leadoz and Verngo Global while preparing to launch Vohras Empowerment Revolution and Vohras Ventures. His work in telecom, investor relations, and youth empowerment through the National Youth Assembly positions him as a visionary reshaping Pakistan and the global entrepreneurial landscape.
