Anselmus Farms and Trading Enterprise is the brain child of its Manager, Mr. Anselmus Amedzi. Initially, the idea to engage in Cassava flour production,Honey farming and wine making and mushroom Production was for hobby purposes. But after some time, realizing the potentials and the availability of market for the product, Mr. Amedzi decided to register a company and increase the production for commercialization. This was done in the year 2014. The company intends to produce and sell quality cassava flour,honey and mushroom to institutions, households and individuals in the local markets of Ho and surrounding towns. Sun drying method is the predominant technology available for the production of the cassava flour. This is however beset with a lot of setbacks. To address these challenges, and move ahead of other competitors the company is considering to acquire a solar drying facility and packaging equipment to enable it produce High Quality and well-packaged Cassava Flour , honey and mushroom for the local markets and export some into the international markets. Mr. Amedzi has a pool of personnel with vast years of experience in Cassava farming and flour processing and production business Anselmus Farms and Trading Enterprise is a sole proprietorship company engaged in the farming of cassava, production and marketing of Quality Cassava,Honey and wine production and mushroom to its main buyer, Caltech and for schools and bakeries in Ho and other surrounding towns.
