WorkWell is an independent, tech-focused organization dedicated to empowering youth across Iraq through targeted skill development, employment opportunities, and digital inclusion. Originally launched as a program under Preemptive Love (now Search for Common Ground), WorkWell transitioned into a standalone organization in July 2023. It specializes in providing comprehensive tech training and career development for young people, helping bridge the gap between Iraq's youth and the global workforce.

Through partnerships with renowned international entities like GIZ, WFP, USAID, and Women Win, WorkWell has effectively managed over $10 million in funding, facilitating high-impact programs that have served over 6,000 young people and secured more than 2,000 jobs. In collaboration with partners such as Niya and BlueHope.ai, WorkWell offers training in emerging areas like machine learning and digital marketing, equipping youth with skills relevant to both local and international markets.

With a focus on learning, mentorship, and sustainable impact, WorkWell serves as a bridge between talented youth and meaningful employment, fostering a new generation of professionals ready to contribute to the digital economy.
