Newfel Messaoudi

I am Dr. Messaoudi Newfel, a university lecturer specializing in computer science and actively engaged in entrepreneurship development. I currently support innovation-driven initiatives at the University of El Tarf, where I contribute to training programs, project supervision, and ecosystem building for students and young entrepreneurs. I also lead scientific and technical projects, including AI-based mobility solutions, and collaborate with the iTech Club to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills among learners. Alongside my academic role, I manage a business focused on educational supplies and community support.
