Niousha Eslahchi

Niousha Eslahchi is the CEO and founder of Mithrarya, an innovative digital platform dedicated to fostering safe, anonymous peer connections and emotional support. Driven by her passion for creating inclusive and accessible spaces, Niousha has built Mithrarya to address critical gaps in emotional well-being and mental health support.

As a PhD candidate in Ethnomusicology and Applied Anthropology at Indiana University, Niousha combines her academic expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit. Her unique background includes a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, which empowers her to apply data-driven insights to solve complex social challenges.

Fluent in English, Persian, and Arabic, Niousha’s linguistic expertise allows her to engage with diverse communities and expand the global reach of Mithrarya.

Niousha’s journey as an immigrant woman has deeply influenced her mission to support marginalized communities, providing a platform where individuals can connect based on shared experiences. Her efforts have been validated through over 300 in-depth interviews and 170 hours of peer group experience, with 98% of interviewees affirming Mithrarya as an essential solution.

In 2024, Niousha was recognized as one of the top 120 female founders globally from over 2,018 applications spanning 116 countries. Her recent pitch deck debut marked a significant milestone in her entrepreneurial journey, showcasing her commitment to transforming emotional wellness on a global scale.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Niousha is a skilled pianist, using music as a source of creativity and self-expression, further fueling her innovative approach to problem-solving.
