Hi, I'm Sarah Joseph.

​As St. Lucia’s First Neuro-Behavioral Practitioner and a pioneer in the Caribbean region, I operate at the rare intersection of brain, behavior, belief and Identity. I don't deal in surface-level mindset hacks, generic advice, or temporary fixes. Instead, I specialize in nervous-system-led transformation, neuroplasticity, and identity-level rewiring that drives sustainable, long-term behavior change.

​I am the CEO and Founder of S.A.R.A.H Chronicles (established April 2024). I have had the privilege of helping over 1,000 individuals locally, regionally, and internationally break free from hidden, subconscious self-sabotaging loops and restore elite brain performance.

I created The S.A.R.A.H Method®: A Sequential Neurobehavioral Method to ​achieve profound, sustainable transformation leveraging brain science and high performance coaching.
