Ngoie Yedidia Nshisso is a Congolese-American strategic leader whose life and calling reflect a deep commitment to service, justice, and influence. Born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, he moved to the United States in 2003, settling in Charlotte, North Carolina, where his academic and leadership journey continued. He attended North Mecklenburg High School, later earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Johnson C. Smith University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in Professional Chaplaincy.

Ngoie is a leader driven by clarity, structure, justice, and disciplined execution. His leadership identity emphasizes principled decision-making, structured thinking, and the ability to build systems that empower people and strengthen institutions. Leadership for Ngoie began early during his college years, where he held a series of influential roles that shaped his leadership architecture. He served as Treasurer and later President of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Vice President of the Senior Class, and President and Co-Founder of the International Club. He further strengthened his leadership foundation as Secretary of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) at Johnson C. Smith University. These experiences developed his abilities in governance, team coordination, financial stewardship, event planning, and multicultural leadership.

His ministry involvement further strengthened his leadership foundation through responsibilities such as guiding teams, designing organizational systems, developing programs, and ensuring excellence in execution. These functions expanded his capacity for mentorship, structured problem-solving, strategic planning, and shaping culture within a growing faith community. His leadership work also reflects a commitment to integrity, clarity, and the empowerment of emerging leaders.

Ngoie also serves in the United States Army National Guard, where he continues to refine qualities such as discipline, mental toughness, situational awareness, teamwork, and operational readiness—competencies that reinforce his leadership profile and strengthen his ability to influence in high-responsibility environments.

Today, he serves as the Vice President of FICE, USA branch, contributing to national diaspora mobilization, strategic planning, community engagement, and the development of regional organizational structures across the United States. His work focuses on empowering Congolese professionals and students, building systems that scale, and shaping national conversations around leadership, education, and collective advancement.

Through every phase of his journey, Ngoie has remained committed to building people, strengthening institutions, and creating pathways for generational impact. His life reflects disciplined growth, strategic foresight, and an unwavering dedication to servant leadership.

Mentoring Experience
With over 15 years of mentoring experience in ministry, leadership, and community development, I have consistently invested in the growth of emerging leaders, professionals, and young adults. At Mont Carmel Church, I have mentored individuals and teams across spiritual formation, leadership development, organizational discipline, and purpose discovery, supporting both personal and ministry growth. Over the past five years, through FICE (Forum of Intellectuals for Congo’s Emergence), I mentored students, professionals, and diaspora leaders in civic engagement, ethical leadership, strategic thinking, and institution-building. My mentoring approach integrates biblical principles, strategic frameworks, and practical guidance to produce accountable, purpose-driven leaders equipped for long-term impact.
