Nicholas Ngosa Munganama is a seasoned Zambian business executive and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience spanning banking, accounting, sales, marketing, and business development. He is the Managing Director of Manpong Investments Limited, a company he has successfully led since 2009, demonstrating strong leadership in enterprise growth, strategic planning, and operational management.
Prior to entrepreneurship, Mr. Munganama built an extensive corporate career at Promasidor Zambia Limited, where he rose through the ranks from Country Sales Representative to Business Development Manager for the Northern Region, overseeing operations across five provinces. His expertise includes profitability improvement, market expansion, distribution efficiency, human resource management, and regional sales leadership. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable financial and administrative experience at Barclays Bank Zambia Limited and Neon & General Signs, working in roles that strengthened his competencies in credit management, accounting, and financial operations.
He holds a Diploma in Business Management/Administration from the College of Professional Management and additional certifications in Effective Credit Management and Managerial Effectiveness.
