Nikkea Devida

Nikkea B. Devida is a distinguished Air Force veteran, visionary entrepreneur, and seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in navigating adversity and facilitating transformation. She blends a strong military, educational, and business background with advanced knowledge in science, neuroscience, music, and energy psychology.
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor’s of Science, Nikkea was among the early classes of women at the institution. She later earned a Master’s in Business for Veterans (MBV) from USC's Marshall School of Business, achieving a 4.0 GPA. During her four years in the Air Force, she managed nearly $200 million in defense contracts as a contracting officer at Hanscom AFB, earning the Secretary of Defense Superior Management award for her work on the INF Treaty with Russia.
Nikkea’s military career was cut short when she was medically discharged due to severe bulimia, anxiety, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and PTSD. This experience propelled her on a 30-year journey to find effective holistic healing methods, culminating in the founding of MindSonix, Inc. MindSonix is an innovative SaaS platform that uses music, neuroscience, and biofeedback to help veterans and others overcome trauma and achieve holistic well-being.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Nikkea founded Sisters Who Serve, a nonprofit supporting women veterans, with a mission to raise $1 million for those facing PTSD and MST. An accomplished singer-songwriter, she uses her creative talents to promote healing, notably through her song "Sisters Who Serve."
