Nirjhor Anjum is a technology entrepreneur, former founder, CXO-level technology leader, industry advisor, educator, and researcher with around 20 years of experience in the Software and ITES industry. Nirjhor has also served in major CXO and senior leadership roles in technology companies. As CTO of Ollyo, he led 75+ engineers across R&D, UI/UX, QA, and TechOps, contributing to globally used software products including Tutor LMS with 100,000+ users, Qubely with 10,000+ users, and WP Crowdfunding with 3,000+ users. At ADN Telecom, he served as Head of Engineering and later Chief Business Officer, where he helped build and launch platforms such as SMS Gateway, Email Gateway, and Cloud Server Selling Platform, generating 17+ million BDT in the first 11 months and surpassing 50+ million BDT within three years. At REVE Systems, he served as Chief Analyst Officer and contributed to large-scale eGovernment software programs for Bangladesh, including systems serving 4,600+ government offices.

Across his career, Nirjhor has led or contributed to 50+ software projects and 200+ web projects, mentoring 2,300+ professionals in software development, project management, and career development. He has also supported hundreds of professionals in entering IT roles in global job markets.
