Nitesh is Managing Director at Best Group, which has interests in Automotive Components, Education & Technology.

Started career at the Production Floor at one of the group company, he has worked through each department in different organisations through the career. Actively engaged in Manufacturing, Production engineering, Operations Strategy, Program Management, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Global Engineering Design service.

Nitesh has initiated many new product portfolios & handled cross border business negotiations & strategies to bring new products to market that focus on design to market System Solutions to the customers.

The latest edition to the group’s initiative has been to set up Technology Center in Germany for Advance Engineering in areas of Powertrain/ Mechatronics and future factory solutions. Area of focus being high technology development with verticals integrating product design, lean concepts, industrialisation, industry 4.0 to deliver Intelligent Machine Systems.

Nitesh is also a founder of a Tech Start-up in India and a mentor at Smart Mobility Accelerator program at Tel Aviv University, Israel.

With a strong focus to help bring quality education in India, Nitesh joined as a founder at Ashoka University, India, which is India's largest philanthropy project in higher education.

In the last 20 years of being an entrepreneur and having studied and launched several initiatives, openness of thoughts & ideas come naturally to him. Nitesh holds a bachelor degree in Business, MBA in Finance & Marketing & is an alumni of Harvard Business School. Nitesh is known for his focus, eye for detail, meticulous and leading the teams from the front to achieve results. With the launch of new businesses, coaching teams is a role that comes naturally to him which helps team members grow their capabilities. Nitesh love to travel and spend time together & with our extended family. He loves sports and has been trained in Gymnastics, Soccer, Cricket & Martial Arts.
