Biography of Nolette J. E. Webb, JP

Nolette J. E. Webb is a highly accomplished executive assistant with over 15 years of experience supporting high-level executives across various sectors, including finance, government and nonprofit organisations. Currently, she serves as the Special Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Labour, where she demonstrates exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities by managing all forms of communication for the Minister. In this role, Nolette prioritises correspondence, schedules meetings, coordinates travel arrangements and ensures efficient operations, all while upholding a high standard of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.

Prior to her position in the Ministry of Economy and Labour, Nolette enriched her expertise in several significant roles.  At Fidelis Insurance Group Limited, she excelled as a Business Support & Executive Assistant, managing communication for the CFO and Finance Team. Between April 2022 and December 2022, she also served as the Divisional Advocate for the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, where she prepared correspondence for government officials, attended ministry meetings and fostered relationships with key stakeholders. This role involved drafting letters and overseeing administrative functions, further underscoring her adeptness in communication and organisation.

From January 2014 to March 2022, Nolette worked as an Executive Assistant at Liberty Group Limited, collaborating across departments on special projects and overseeing travel and event planning. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to multiple government ministers from March 1999 to January 2014, where she effectively managed their professional calendars and ensured seamless communication.

Nolette began her career at Everest Capital Limited as an Administrative Assistant, laying a solid foundation for her administrative expertise. She holds a Diploma in Bookkeeping from Bermuda College and has earned certificates in Finance and Accounting for Office Administrators from various institutions.

Beyond her professional commitments, Nolette is actively involved in her community as a member of several organisations, including the Bermuda Pilot Gig Club and the Bermuda Women’s Golf Association. She serves on the board of the Bermuda Sanshou Association and volunteers with P.A.L.S. - Cancer Care in Bermuda.
