Christian MALELA

My name is Christian Malela, a 23 year old Congolese changemaker, civil engineering master’s student, entrepreneur, polyglot, personal development coach, and youth leader. I serve as President of the English Club at Denis Sassou Nguesso University (UDSN) and advisor to AE-UDSN, where I spearhead initiatives promoting leadership, excellence, and youth empowerment.

I’m the Founder & CEO of ROUGE GORGE BUILDING and PlastEnergy Congo, especially a startup offering eco-conscious architectural and civil engineering solutions. My innovative approach has led to over 50 completed projects, positioning me as a reference among youth-led enterprises in Congo and the second propose a solution that transform plastic wastes to energy such as fuel, gaz and coal.

Through training sessions, I’ve empowered hundreds of students in public speaking, architectural software, and leadership contributing to a more skilled and confident student body. I’ve also provided services for national events, organized student competitions, and served as master of ceremonies for major institutional occasions.

My leadership has earned national recognition: Best innovation project at MIME 2025 Morocco, 1st Prize at UDSN Challenge, 1st Prize at Moyicare Entrepreneurial Contest, 2nd Place at OSCARS Olympiads, and finalist at Hack4Forest (UNDP), Startupper of the Year (TotalEnergies), and MIME AUF 2024.

I’m a finalist at African Youth Vision and an award-winning English speaker and trainer. As a pianist, artist, and slam poet, I use creative expression to inspire civic values and self-confidence.

I aspire to become a global leader driving sustainable innovation across Africa. My mission is to harness education, youth potential, and technology to build resilient, future-ready communities and to be a voice for youth in national and international development platforms.
