Noha Mahmoud
Noha Mahmoud is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in Europe and the MENA region across both private and public sectors. Currently based in Vienna, Austria, she serves as a senior coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry, where she excels in financial and business development, particularly for rare disease assets. Noha’s expertise spans consultancy and leadership. She is also a passionate advocate for peace, holding the title of Country Director for Austria with Global Peace Chain and serving as an Ambassador. In 2015, she was awarded by the Vice President of Myanmar for her humanitarian efforts.
Noha has a strong background in mentorship, particularly through her work in mentoring and selecting candidates for the prestigious Global Leadership Conference at Cambridge University. Her guidance has helped shape future leaders and provided invaluable support to emerging talents.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Noha is a Ph.D. candidate at LIGS University and the co-founder of ZickZak, an innovative AI-powered recruitment platform for Gen Z and Alpha. Her commitment to advancing tech-driven solutions while nurturing her family of two young children underscores her passion for balancing personal and professional growth.
