I am a corporate attorney with over 10 years of practice seeking to expand and integrate my legal experience with my knowledge of business administration. In addition to being an attorney, my educational background also includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in the areas of Economics and Finance; and also a Master’s Degree in Global Management.

My professional interest is gaining a broader exposure and experience in the private corporate sector; as it offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to obtain experience in a variety of areas such as business development, government affairs, compliance, contract drafting and revising, commercial relations and transactions, and corporate laws and practices; among others. This is why I am interested and enthusiastic about the possibility of a full-time employment with your institution.

During my career, I have accumulated extensive experience in areas including drafting and revising legal documents, corporate litigation, private equity management, business development, tax exemption decrees, real estate management and development, torts, antitrust claims, mergers and acquisitions, commerce regulations and practices, government procurement, legislative procedures, product liability and warranty laws; that will help me assist in the development and implementation of new and existing policies and regulations within your organization. The knowledge that I have acquired during my professional years also include; among others, evaluating the economic and legal impact of companies’ procedures, drafting and revising real estate contracts, consumer protection legislation and rulemakings, analyzing the impact of government regulation on commerce, and extensive commercial litigation within state and administrative forums. These experiences have given me the necessary credentials to provide advice on diverse legal issues and to overview compliance with a variety of local and international laws and regulations. Through these experiences I have developed the ability to communicate effectively, to organize efficiently and to think critically.
