Rich Scott

Rich Scott felt called to start this community to glorify God and create value for other Christian entrepreneurs. Rich is gifted in the area of training and developing leaders. His experance has come from many years in fitness management. Recently Rich has taken this skill to network marketing industry and has risen to the top 1% of his company.

A few life lessons Rich has learned along the way:

Leaders aren’t people who see a great opportunity, they are ones who seize it.

It is better to make a difference than to make point.

God often MAKES YOU through an opportunity you don’t feel ready for.

Influence is greater than a Title on a business card.

Information and insight alone do not a leader make.

If you don’t know why something’s working, you won’t know how to fix it when it’s broken.

If you don’t determine what the “win” is; people will often make one up.

People will only let go of what they have; when you give them something better.

Rich currently lives outside the Boise, Idaho area with his wife Sarah and daughter, Hannah. When not helping people with their business and developing leaders, Rich enjoys shooting and editing video, volunteering at his Church and playing some basketball.
