Norma Widiya

I am a double degree student majoring in Information Systems at Asia Cyber University and International Marketing Management at Politeknik Hasnur, expected to graduate in 2026 and 2027 respectively. Alongside my academic pursuits, I am an aspiring entrepreneur actively working on a business project set to launch by year-end.

Currently, I serve as the Director of Inovasi Muda Borneo, where I lead a team in expanding our export business, focusing on sustainable practices and the export of high-quality products from South Kalimantan to global markets. My role involves strategic leadership, market expansion, product development, and ensuring compliance with international export regulations. Through this experience, I have honed my ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive business growth.

In addition to my directorial responsibilities, I am the Vice President of the Student Association of IMM (HIMA), where I lead initiatives that enhance student engagement and foster a collaborative learning environment. My leadership roles have strengthened my ability to manage time effectively, balancing my academic responsibilities with my entrepreneurial and organizational commitments.

I also serve as an instructor for beginner-level Korean language courses and am in the process of expanding my offerings to include intermediate levels. My experience spans agency development, business development, project management, digital marketing, and social media and e-commerce proficiency. These skills allow me to excel in project management and enhance online visibility, crucial for today's digital-first world.
