Md. Mizanur Rahman

Md. Mizanur Rahman is a seasoned finance and tax professional with over 11 years of progressive experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance. He holds a business degree with a concentration in Accounting from BRAC University and is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is also a certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP), accredited by the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh.

Mizanur has worked with multinational corporations and professional firms, building deep expertise in financial management, tax compliance, VAT regulations, business registration, and corporate advisory services. His entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development make him a valuable asset for businesses seeking financial, tax, and regulatory solutions.

He currently serves as Accounting Assistant Manager at Hyosung Heavy Industries Corporation – Bangladesh Branch, where he plays a key role in financial reporting, taxation, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to his corporate role, Mizanur is the Founder of Person & Partners Bangladesh, a firm dedicated to business licensing, tax filing, and regulatory advisory services. Through this initiative, he has assisted hundreds of individual taxpayers in complying with mandatory tax regulations—contributing to increased tax revenue and fostering a culture of responsible tax compliance in Bangladesh.

He is also the Founder of Paka Bazar Bangladesh (https://pakabazar.com/), an e-commerce platform focused on delivering organic and natural food and oil products at affordable prices to health-conscious consumers. Paka Bazar bridges the gap between farmers, homemade producers, and consumers by leveraging technology. It inspires farmers to adopt organic cultivation methods and encourages producers to supply fresh, naturally sourced products—bringing the gifts of nature to consumers’ doorsteps.
